that meet or exceed their expectations. However, we understand that there may
be occasions when a return is necessary. Please review our return policy outlined

Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are
accepted within 60 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible
for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and
in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom-made or
specially ordered parts are not eligible for return unless they are defective
or damaged upon receipt.
Items that have
been altered, modified, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
Return Process:
Prior to
returning any item, customers must contact our customer service team to obtain
a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Returns made
without an RMA number may not be accepted or may be subject to additional
processing fees.
Once the RMA
number is issued, customers will be provided with instructions on how to return
the item.
Return Shipping:
Customers are
responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our
error or a defective/damaged item.
We recommend
using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for
returned items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Inspection and Refunds:
Upon receipt of
the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility
criteria outlined above.
If the return
is approved, we will try to correct the issue or replace the parts within 30
days of receiving the returned item.
If the item
cannot be fixed or replaced refunds will be issued to the original method of
payment within 30 days of receiving the returned item.
Refunds will be
for the cost of the item(s) returned, excluding any shipping charges, unless
the return is due to our error.
Exchanges:
We do not offer
exchanges for returned items. Customers wishing to exchange an item should
follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired
item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive
a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team
immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
Restocking Fees:
A restocking
fee may be applied to returns that are not due to our error or a
defective/damaged item. The amount of the restocking fee will be determined on
a case-by-case basis.
Policy Changes:
We reserve the
right to update or modify this return policy at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
