JEM Guns, LLC complies with all local, state, and federal laws with respect to the sale of serialized items. We are a licensed manufacturer (07 FFL) and will only ship serialized items to authorized FFL holders for pickup. We will not ship serialized items to individual homes. At time of pickup your authorized FFL holder will verify identity, process the 4473 and background checks to comply with local, state, and federal laws. All products sold are compliant and legal within the United States. It is your responsibility to check your state and local regulations in regards to purchasing one of our serialized items.
